Highline is a new development in the heart of Metrown, a neighbourhood under tremendous growth and development. The challenge was to create a brand identity that would elevate the development from the standard marketing, which the audience has come to expect as well as differentiate the product from other similar buildings in the area. As the tallest development in the neighbourhood we positioned Highline as the superior investment and residential product, luxury redefined, modernity with high-end finishes carefully selected specifications that are steps above other Metrotown “standard luxury” projects.
